Pleasant View Dental Spa is proud to be a state-of-the-art dental facility offering the highest quality of dental care. The health, safety, and comfort of our patients are our top concerns. With this in mind, we meet and surpass all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. Our patients are our family. We hope to make everyone feel welcome and at home when they visit us.
We accept appointments made via phone, email, online appointment request form, and in person. We do accept emergency calls and appointments for new or existing patients. If you are not sure of something, please call us!
Sometimes appointments have to be canceled or postponed. We completely understand this! We do ask that you notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. We ask this so that we may offer the appointment time to another patient. If you are unable to provide 24 hours' notice, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. Please note that a fee may be charged for a canceled appointment if sufficient notice is not given.
Pleasant View Dental Spa is more than happy to submit insurance claims for you. As well as help you to get the most from your dental benefits. We do everything in our power to help you afford the treatments that you need or want. Sometimes patients will require major work. When this happens, we will give you a complete payment plan with an appropriate payment schedule. Our office will accept check, cash, or any major credit card.

These companies offer great dental card options that many patients have had positive experiences using as a payment plan to get their healthy, beautiful smiles in fewer appointments.
Pleasant View Dental Spa files all claims as a courtesy to our patients. We do not have a contract with individual insurance companies. Though we will file claims on your behalf, we do not have any control over how an insurance company handles the claim or which benefits they will pay on a claim. We only assist in estimating your portion of the dental costs. We cannot guarantee what your insurance company can and will do with each claim. Pleasant View Dental Spa is not responsible for any errors in filing your insurance claim. Any claims filed are only done so as a courtesy to our patients.
No insurance pays 100% of all procedures
Most dental plans will only cover 50-80% of the average total fee as it is meant to be an aid in covering dental care. Some companies will pay more, and some will pay less. What you have to pay out of pocket is determined by how much you or your employer has paid for coverage or the contract that you have with your insurance company. Dental insurance is by no means a limitation on the quality or extent of our services. Our commitment is to you and creating a happy, healthy smile - not to your insurance company.
